Turn Enquiries on and off
Add an Enquiries profile
Remove an Enquiries profile
1. Login to your account and go to your Enquiries Homepage
2. Select the profile you want to delete from the menu on the left
3. Select 'Remove profile' on the bottom of the profile overview
1. Login to your account and go to your Enquiries Homepage
2. Select your service category e.g. Dog Training, Personal Trainers
3. Select the location including remote/online
4. Choose specific lead criteria based on customer answers
5. Select Save
6. Existing settings can be edited by selecting 'Edit profile'

Set-up your profile to meet the eligibility criteria
Your profile must meet the following criteria to be able to use Enquiries including:
1. Login to your account and go to your Enquiries Homepage
2. Use the toggle labelled 'Receive enquiries' to switch on and off (below)

Enquires leads are priced using our simple credit system. Learn more about credits
A price range (minimum and maximum) will be displayed on the Enquiries landing page
1. Login to your account and go to your Enquiries Homepage
2. Select 'Add a lead profile' on the menu on the left
3. Follow the steps to set up the new profile
Enquiries isn't currently available on webhooks or API for the Beta release. You'll be the first to know when Enquiries launches across these!
- Company phone number
- Profile picture/avatar
- Business description
- 3 minimum reviews
- 3 star rating minimum
Reminder: If a service category doesnโt appear on the list, you can purchase it through standard leads. Make sure your lead settings are updated to align with your business preferences.
