Returns are only issued in the following circumstances. You must submit your request within 7 days of receiving the enquiry.

| Client misused the platform | The enquiry was spam, a phishing attempt, created by a bot, or submitted by a competitor testing the platform |
| Invalid contact details | You believe the contact details provided are not genuine — submit a return request and explain why. We'll investigate and confirm where possible |
| Please note — a client who does not answer your call or fails to reply does not mean their contact details are invalid. We can't guarantee that clients will respond. |
