How do I import Google reviews?

Importing your Google reviews is one of the quickest ways to build trust on your Bark profile. Clients can see your Google rating and reviews before deciding to contact you.

To import your Google reviews, go to the Reviews section of your profile at bark.com/professional/profile-management

  1. Click Import reviews from Google
  2. Sign in to your Google account and select your Google Business Profile
  3. Grant Bark permission to access your reviews
  4. Your Google reviews will appear on your Bark profile — this usually takes a few minutes
Important: Bark never edits or deletes your Google reviews. They're displayed on your profile exactly as they appear on Google, and your Google Business Profile stays exactly as it is.

Managing your Google reviews connection

Removing reviews imported from Google is all or nothing — you can't exclude individual reviews while keeping the rest connected.

You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from Account Settings > Integrations > Google, and select "Disconnect." Previously imported reviews will remain on your profile unless removed separately.

We aim to refresh your account with any new reviews every 30 days, though this can sometimes take up to 90 days.

Facebook and Trustpilot reviews aren't currently supported for import — Bark Marketplace only integrates with Google reviews at this time.

Why haven't my Google reviews appeared?

If your reviews haven't appeared after a few minutes, check that:

  • You connected the correct Google Business Profile
  • Your Google Business Profile is verified and active
  • You granted the necessary permissions during the import process

If you're still having trouble, please contact us, and we'll look into it.
