It's not currently possible to pause payments on your subscription. If you need a break, there are two ways to step back without fully cancelling.
Pause your profile visibility
Temporarily hide your profile from search results so clients can't see or contact you — your subscription stays active, and you can resume at any time.
- Log in and go to account settings
- Select Plan & pricing
- Under Profile visibility, click Pause visibility
Cancel your subscription
If you'd prefer to stop your subscription entirely, you can cancel and resubscribe whenever you're ready. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
