My inbox is locked — what should I do?

A locked inbox means you don't have an active subscription. To start replying to enquiries and connecting with clients, you'll need a paid plan.

  1. Log in and go to account settings
  2. Select Plan & pricing
  3. Click Upgrade to choose a plan and get started

If you haven't used a free trial before, you'll be eligible for a 7-day free trial when you sign up.
