How can I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed from the Plan & pricing page in your account settings. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time — no need to contact us.

To upgrade

  1. Log in and go to account settings
  2. Select Plan & pricing
  3. Click the Upgrade button
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your changes

To downgrade

  1. Log in and go to account settings
  2. Select Plan & pricing
  3. Click Manage and select View plans
  4. Select your preferred plan and follow the on-screen prompts

To cancel

  1. Log in and go to account settings
  2. Select Plan & pricing
  3. Click Manage and select Cancel plan
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

When you change your subscription, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
