Using lead-gen and Bark Marketplace together

If you are currently using Bark's lead-gen model, here’s what you need to know about how it works alongside Bark Marketplace.

Are these two separate systems?

Yes. Bark Marketplace and lead-gen are separate systems. You can switch between them using the dropdown in the top right corner of the platform.

Does editing my Marketplace profile change my lead-gen profile?

No. Updates to your Marketplace profile won’t automatically change your lead-gen profile. If you want both to match, you will need to update them separately.

Do I need two subscriptions?

No. Your Bark Marketplace subscription only covers Marketplace categories. For categories that remain on lead-gen, you can continue purchasing credit packs as normal. You also have the option to add an Elite Pro or Bark Verified subscription for additional benefits. These are optional add-ons available via your lead-gen settings page.

Can I still access my lead-gen account?

Yes. Any services remaining in the lead-gen model will still be visible and available in your account. Use the dropdown in the top right corner to switch between the two.

What if my categories aren’t on Marketplace yet?

Some categories haven’t moved to Bark Marketplace yet. For those, you will continue using lead-gen as normal, buying credits and choosing which leads to purchase. We’ll notify you when your categories become available.
