I can't log into my account — what should I do?

Don't worry, there are a few simple things to try that usually resolve login issues straight away.

Check the basics first

Before anything else, it's worth running through these quick checks:

  • Make sure you're using the email address linked to your Bark account
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you're not receiving login emails
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again

Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or it isn't working, you can reset it in a few steps:

  1. Go to bark.com and click Log in
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and follow the steps to set a new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after a short period. If it has expired, simply request a new one from the login page.

Magic login link not working?

If you requested a magic login link and it's not working, it's usually one of these reasons:

  • The link has expired. Magic login links are valid for a limited time only
  • The link has already been used; each link can only be used once
  • You're opening the link in a different browser or device from the one where you requested it

To get a new magic login link, go to bark.com, click Log in, enter your email address, and request a new one.
