What is the enquiry returns policy?

We know that not every enquiry turns out as expected. Our returns policy exists to handle situations where an enquiry was clearly spam, fraudulent, or contained invalid contact details.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving an enquiry. Our team reviews each request and aims to respond within 48 hours.

What you need to know:

  • Returns are only issued for eligible reasons — not all requests will qualify
  • Approved returns are added back to your enquiry quota
  • We do not issue monetary refunds for enquiry returns
