How often does my ranking update?
Ranking is dynamic; it updates continuously based on your ongoing activity, rather than on a fixed daily or weekly schedule. Because factors like your response speed, reviews, profile completeness, and how regularly you log in are always changing, your ranking can move up or down over time as a result.
Can I see my exact ranking?
There's no single ranking number shown (like "you're #4"), but your Performance dashboard shows how often you land in the Top 5 and Top 3 search positions, with exact percentages and counts for the last 30 days.
The best way to improve your ranking is to complete your profile, build your reviews, log in and check your account regularly, keep your settings accurate, and respond to enquiries quickly.
