If you've made changes to your profile but they're not appearing, here are the most common reasons.
Changes not visible on your public profile?
Profile updates can take a few minutes to appear on your public profile. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache, then check again.
To view your public profile, click your profile name in the top right corner and select View public profile.
Profile photo not updating?
If your new profile photo isn't showing, check that:
• The image file is under the maximum upload size
• The file format is supported, Bark accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP files
• You saved your changes after uploading
If the photo still isn't updating after trying the above, try uploading a different image file and contact us if the issue persists.
Profile not appearing in search?
If your profile isn't showing in search results at all, this is usually related to your subscription status, profile completeness, or enquiry settings rather than a display issue.
