Why isn't my profile appearing in search?

If your profile isn't appearing in search results, there are a few common reasons. Work through the list below to find what applies to your situation.

Your subscription is inactive

A subscription is required to appear in the Bark Marketplace search results. If your subscription has lapsed or been cancelled, your profile won't be shown to clients. How to manage your subscription

Your profile visibility is paused

If you've paused your profile visibility, clients won't be able to find or contact you until you reactivate it. You can check and update this from your Plan & pricing page. How to manage your subscription

Your enquiry settings don't match the search

Your profile will only appear for searches that match your services and location settings. Make sure your settings accurately reflect what you offer and where you work. Manage your enquiry settings

Your profile completeness is low

Bark's ranking system favours complete profiles. If your profile is missing key sections — such as a description, photos, or reviews — you may appear lower in results or not at all for some searches. How can I update and improve my profile?

Your quota has run out

Once your monthly enquiry quota is exhausted, your profile visibility may decrease. Upgrading your plan or waiting for your quota to reset at the start of the next billing period will restore full visibility. What happens when my quota runs out?
