Previous leads
On Bark Marketplace, leads have been replaced by enquiries — direct messages from clients who have chosen to contact you. If you're looking for leads you purchased before switching to Marketplace, you can download a CSV of your lead history.
- Log in via your browser
- Go to Settings → Account details
- Download your CSV of previous leads
Please note: this feature is not available in the app yet.
Previous messages
Your Marketplace inbox is separate from your lead-gen account — previous messages from lead-gen aren't carried across. All new client conversations will appear in your Marketplace inbox going forward.
If you need to refer back to old messages, you can log in to your lead-gen account by switching accounts from the dropdown in the top-right corner. How do I switch between lead-gen and Marketplace?
