What information comes with an enquiry?

Every enquiry includes the client's request details, so you know exactly what they need before you respond.

Each enquiry typically includes:

  • Frequency or schedule preferences
  • Preferred contact time
  • Option to view the client's phone number

The phone number option appears once you open the conversation. Sharing contact details is always at the client's discretion.
