When you've used all your monthly enquiries, you'll stay visible in search results and may still receive some enquiries if your profile is high quality, but less frequently than when you had quota remaining.
If you want to keep receiving enquiries at full speed, you have two options from your Plan & pricing page:
Upgrade your plan
Move to a higher tier to increase your monthly enquiry allocation and improve your search placement. Click Upgrade from your Plan & pricing page.
How to manage your subscription
Pause your visibility
If you're at capacity or need a break, pause your profile visibility so clients can't contact you until you're ready. Your subscription stays active and your quota resets at the start of your next billing period.
